We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be fair to all clients, the following policies are in place:
A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid any late cancellation fees. This allows the opportunity for someone else who may be waiting for an appointment to schedule in your place. If you provide less than 24 hours notice (except in the case of illness or emergency), fail to show for your appointment, or arrive late, you will still be charged the full cost of your scheduled massage.
